Sauna Please bring towels

The benefits of infrared saunas include helping relieve inflammation, stiffness and soreness by increasing blood circulation and allowing the deep, penetrating infrared heat to relax muscles and carry off metabolic waste products, while delivering oxygen-rich blood to the muscles for a faster recovery.

Ice Bath/Spa

Contrast bath therapy is a series of brief, repeated immersions in water, alternating between warm and cold temperatures. Research supports the use of contrast hydrotherapy to lessen muscle fatigue and to decrease pain, swelling, and lactic acid buildup following intense exercise. Contrast therapy has also hown to be an effective tool in reducing stress and anxiety.

Corrective, High Performance Conditioning

Our approach to movement and fitness combines knowledge of functional anatomy, with an understanding of the relationships between the musculoskeletal system and the glands, organs, posture, and breathing to create a full picture of the human body. Combine that with a powerful and comprehensive collection of assessments and program design techniques and you have the CHEK Approach to Exercise.
